Once you have placed your order, you will receive a tracking link to your email. By clicking on this link, you will be able to track the progress of your order.
The typical delivery time for our standard and free delivery services is 3-5 working days. However, if you select next-day delivery and place your order before 2 p.m. on weekdays using the ‘Next Day’ option at checkout, you can expect to receive your order on the following working day.
Currently, we are not offering the Free Sample.
If you have not used or opened your parcel, you can return it within 14-day days. If the item is defective, we will fully refund your order. However, if there is no issue with the item, the delivery cost will be subtracted from the refund amount.
We can provide you with same-day or next-day delivery if needed. For orders placed before 1 p.m., we can arrange delivery on the same day or the next day. Please get in touch with our team to make the necessary arrangements if you require express delivery.
We calculate our postage rates by considering the weight and size of your parcel. Furthermore, we also consider the fabric type and whether it can be folded or needs shipping.
